Training & orientation programme conducted by DRS is a basic requirement and compulsory for the Chief Learning Officers, the Facilitators and other staffs related DRS Kids centre. DRS training establishes clear objectives & develops the ability of achieving those objectives for children. DRS training organizes activities designed to promote physical, mental, & social development, through games, arts & crafts, music, storytelling etc. DRS Kids curriculum follows an 'Eclectic' and 'Seven Petal' Approach. The Eclectic Approach is formed by a unique combination of the leading preschool methodologies. It is necessary for the CLO and the Facilitators to have a clear idea about the approach. DRS training delivers a balanced programme with opportunities to observe probe and investigate.
