    There are at least seven different ways in which people perceive the world. Every individual’s level of understanding is different from the other. Verbal-linguistic and logical-mathematical intelligence are the ones most frequently used in traditional school curricula. Howard Gardner proposes a more balanced curriculum that incorporates the arts, self-awareness, communication, and physical education may be useful in order to leverage the intelligence that some students may have.
